"I’ve had a really positive experience at Hollings Post Oak. The office staff has been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Stephanie, Candice, and Manny always make sure questions are answered and any concerns are handled in a timely manner. Their professionalism and great attitude make a big difference and help create a welcoming environment for residents. The communication from the office is always clear and respectful, which makes living here much easier and stress-free. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, the team has been approachable, patient, and willing to help. It’s nice to know there are people in the office who genuinely care about making sure residents feel comfortable and supported. Overall, the staff does a great job maintaining a positive atmosphere in the community, and it really shows in the way they interact with residents. Their dedication and friendliness are truly appreciated and make Hollings Post Oak a pleasant place to live."

"Many, many changes. Julio is killing it with the recent, and more frequent social events. Great gym, sun deck, grilling stations (with sun and wind protection), tesla chargers, & excellent maintenance staff!. Location, Location, Location. This is one of the best value luxury-class properties around with excellent client interactions and service response. There is a fantastic full-sun pool and viewing deck that captures sunsets over Post Oak. High-floor East units have a great view of the downtown sunrise. The apartments are roomy, with good layouts, and amenities (kitchen island, built-in desk, Bluetooth speakers). This is WALKABLE urban Houston, Whole Foods, Galleria, Memorial Park, & upscale Westheimer dining. Neighborhood upgrades are in the works. So much change has occurred since I moved here, it's great to know things are moving in the right direction."
